Step by Step

The Process, Start to Finish

What a job with Eco Bros Junk Removal looks like from the call to the sweep-up, and where our sheet differs from everyone else's.

1

Call Any Hour, the Line Is Always Open

Eco Bros runs around the clock, which is not marketing language for "we answer voicemail fast". It means a landlord finding a unit stripped at eleven at night can book it then. Tell us what is going and roughly where it sits, and we hold a slot. Nothing is charged to reserve one.

2

The Crew Quotes It, Surcharge-Free

The price is set at the property, by volume: the share of the truck your load fills. What Eco Bros does not do is layer fees on top of it. No gated-community fee, no Sun City fee, no charge for a tight driveway or an awkward oversized item. Those are the add-ons that turn a good quote into a bad invoice everywhere else, and they are simply not on our sheet.

3

Hauled Out and Kept Out of the Landfill Where We Can

Everything comes out of the house, garage, jobsite or office by our crew. You carry nothing. Then the load gets worked through: metal, electronics, appliances and anything still serviceable are routed to the places around Austin that will take them back, and only the genuine remainder goes to the tip.

No Surprises

Volume Price In, Surcharges Out

Looking Costs Nothing

No trip charge, no assessment fee, no deposit to hold the slot. Send the crew away after hearing the number and you owe nothing at all.

Priced by Truck Share

A published ladder from a minimum charge to a full truck, and your load is placed on it in front of you. Never hourly, never per piece.

No Gate, Driveway or Size Fees

Gated communities, Sun City, tight driveways and oversized single items carry no extra charge here. Crew, truck, carrying and disposal are all inside the one number.

Quick Answers

Common Questions

Is Eco Bros really available 24 hours?

Yes. The phone line runs seven days a week, day and night, and emergency jobs are taken outside normal hours. It exists because property managers, restaurants and contractors do not discover a problem between nine and five.

What extra fees should I expect?

None of the usual ones. There is no surcharge for gated communities, none for Sun City, none for a narrow or steep driveway, and none for a single item being large or heavy. The volume price you agree to at the walkthrough is what gets charged.

How is the volume price worked out?

By the share of the truck your load occupies once it is stacked, against a published ladder that runs from a minimum charge for a few bags up to a full truck. Not by the hour, not per item. The crew places your load on that ladder in front of you and you approve it before anything is lifted.

How far across the Austin metro do you actually go?

A long way. Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville and Hutto to the north; Kyle, Buda, San Marcos and Dripping Springs to the south; Elgin, Manor, Bastrop and Lockhart out east. The truck is based in Georgetown but the radius is genuinely metro-wide rather than a five-mile ring with a travel fee bolted on.

Do you take on demolition, or only hauling?

Both. Sheds, decks, fencing, interior strip-outs and the debris that comes off them are usually handled by the same crew on the same visit, which is what stops a teardown becoming two separate jobs with two separate invoices.

What will you not accept?

The standard hazardous list: wet paint and solvents, pool and lawn chemicals, fuel and propane containers, automotive fluids, asbestos-containing material and medical or biohazard waste. Those need licensed handling. Anything else out of a home, garage, yard, office or construction site is fair game. Ask if you are unsure.

Do I have to be home?

Only if the crew needs to come inside. Driveway piles, open garages and yard loads can be handled while you are out, as long as the price was agreed first and access is clear. Anything indoors needs someone there to confirm what stays.

Do I need to move anything to the curb first?

No, and the curb is usually the worst place for it anyway. Attics, second floors, back yards, storage rooms and behind-the-shed piles are all part of a full-service haul. The carrying is the work you are hiring us for.

Not sure which rung your pile lands on? Ring it through. The line is open whatever time you are reading this.
